We understand that our properties are not just real estate assets, they are part of the fabric of the communities in which they are located. In order to be a successful investment, a development needs to enhance a community and offer something fresh and worthwhile.
Our continued investment in the Cleveland suburb of Garfield Heights offers an example of our approach:
- The Sniders developed many single-family homes and several small retail properties in Garfield Heights over a 40 year period.
- After the completion of I-480 in the 1980’s, William Snider began buying property around the Transportation Boulevard exit.
- During the 1990’s we developed several office properties, including an Ambulatory Surgical Center for Marymount Hospital.
- We opened the Class A Infinity Corporate Centre in 2001.
- In 2006, we opened The Shoppes at Vista Way adjacent to a retail power center that opened that same year at the interchange.
- Just across I-480, Bridgeview Crossing is scheduled to open in 2009, establishing Garfield Heights as a regional shopping destination in Northeast Ohio.
We are constantly looking for new development opportunities in our home market of Northeast Ohio as well as select markets throughout the United States.
