OFFICE SPACE FILLING ON TRANSPORTATION BOULEVARD

Snider-Cannata Interests has announced movements in two fully-leased properties on Transportation Boulevard.

At Marymount Outpatient Center, 5555 Transportation Blvd., physicians’ offices will be relocated to Southside Corporate Center, 5595 Transportation Blvd. Marymount is a Cleveland Clinic hospital. The hospital system leases the entire outpatient center. The resulting vacant space in the outpatient center will be used for future health care services.

The physicians’ offices will be transferred to an 8,536-square-foot space in the Southside Corporate Center, which is also now fully leased. The relocated physicians’ offices include general surgery and internal medicine. The offices will be complemented by facilities for physical therapy and an occupational health practice.

Snider-Cannata Interests leases and manages both buildings. The real estate company has significant properties under management in the Transportation Boulevard corridor near Interstate 480. Snider-Cannata leases the Shoppes at Vista Way and is developing the retail center, Bridgeview Crossing in the corridor. Snider-Cannata Managing Partner David Snider said he sees increased demand in the Transportation Boulevard office and retail market, a subset of the larger south suburban market.

"Transportation Boulevard has become a more dynamic destination with a strong mix of retail and office space driving traffic," he said.
