AT&T opens a new store at The Shoppes at Vista Way.

AT&T opened a new 2,400 square foot store in Garfield Heights, Ohio. The addition of AT&T brings yet another great tenant to The Shoppes at Vista Way. The 48,000 square foot retail development is already home to Starbucks Coffee, Kay Jewelers, Chipotle, GameStop, Steak’n Shake, Fifth Third Bank and Ruby Tuesday.

GPD Group signs lease at Southside Corporate Center.

GPD Group has signed a long-term lease for 14,508 square feet at Southside Corporate Center. GPD Group, head quartered in Akron, OH, provides architectural, engineering, planning, and design services. The new location in Garfield Heights will allow GPD to better serve its clients in the Cleveland area.

Life Line Screening expands headquarters.

Life Line Screening of America has expanded its headquarters in Garfield Heights by an additional 6,200 square feet. The firm occupies space in both Center South I and Center South II.

Three lease extensions signed at The Prospect Park Building in Cleveland.

A.A.R.P. Foundation and GEM Testing & Engineering have renewed their respective lease contracts at the 5-story office building in Cleveland’s Midtown district. RSVP of Greater Cleveland has expanded its space and extended its lease at the property.
